YesNology is an intuitive and secure tool, designed to digitally solve the need to provide information and collect data and consent.
It helps you to solve any problem related to privacy compliance, facilitating processes.
If you are a Data Controller, that is a company, a public administration, a professional, an association you can create binders for each document that must be sent to the interested parties, starting with the one containing the information.
Within each binder you can:
- insert the contentin multiple languages and add additional data fields you want to collect, selecting them from the drop-down menu between the preset ones;
- in the same way select the consents you need to request;
- customize the operating mechanisms of each field you request to fill in, starting with modifiability over time.
Once the binder is complete, you can choose how to proceed with the invitations, according to your compliance needs: by mail, by mail with OTP with sms, by connecting the URL to a button on the site, making the QRCode available.
All invitations sent by email remain registered in a secure database and safe. You will find the accesses from Url and QRCode as soon as you complete the responses from the interested parties.

The person receives the invitation, registers, sees the document, answers the questions and formulates his or her preference for consent or not.
At the end, the Data Controller sees the answers within your database. People who have registered for the first time have access to the platform in the section dedicated to interested parties: my.yesnology.com.
